Buying & Merchandising -BRILLA


MARCH 2023
          Created our own brand focusing on Italian herritage and party culture. We worked with our brand based on two seasons; starting wiht spring/summer and then developing autumn/winter sales plan based on our sales results and analysis from our first season. After receiving sales reports we compared acheived sales to targets globally by category. Identifying top-performing stores and pinpointing best and worst sellers.

Our team created a branding strategy for Rivea’s lauch into the French market, covering market analysis, brand platform, segmentation, and a detailed digital strategy. Our reccommendations aimed to ensure successful entry and outlined a strategic vision for the brand’s growth over the next 3 years.

Tyler Mitchell-Capsule Collection


FEBRUARY 2022
            Utopia is my first marketing project as a fashion student: we used Photographer, Tyler Mitchell’s values and photography to create a capsule collection we feel would be fitting. Our group chose a lingerie line where we focus on sustainability and inclusivity.




ARC’TERYX Visual Merch & Graphic Design


JUNE 2023
           Created a concept store fro Arc’teryx in the Samaritaine. We mapped out the ideal place for the shop, created a detailed visual merchandising plan, and designed the window display.



Lululemon x Devialet


MAY 2022
           Created a co-branded capsule collection. This involved analyzing the brands, understandng customer segments, and developing a strategic plan covering product range, pricing, distribution, and an integrated marketing communication strategy.
